We specialise in modern colour and effortless, wearable hair—created through a process that is intentional, informed, and never excessive. Influenced by culture, art, and fashion, but not led by trend, each result is tailored to the individual.
Our goal remains simple: exceptional hair, delivered with precision and care. In partnership with Alfaparf Milano, we combine performance with a more responsible approach to beauty—supporting the long-term condition of the hair as well as the experience itself.

With a continued focus on education, Craig works alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, refining technique and evolving both his own practice and the standard of the salon.
Known for his calm, attentive manner, Craig takes the time to understand each client—creating results that feel personal, effortless, and enduring.
Siobhan’s approach to hairdressing is shaped by a lifelong connection to the industry. With stylists in her family, the craft has always felt instinctive—something understood as much as learned.
Her work is modern and considered, drawing quiet influence from fashion, culture, and the evolving landscape of contemporary hair. She continues to refine her style alongside the team, maintaining a fresh and relevant approach.
Siobhan works independently within the salon, offering her own appointments while remaining part of the Craig Bolam Salon.
Joanne brings over 30 years of experience to her work, shaped by a career that has taken her from international cruise ships to salons across Northumberland.
Her approach is confident and considered, combining technical knowledge with a natural understanding of what works for each individual. Years in the industry have refined a style that feels effortless, wearable, and enduring.
Joanne works independently within the salon, offering her own appointments while remaining part of the Craig Bolam Salon.
Ellie is a Level 3 qualified junior stylist, continuing to develop her craft within the salon. Her approach is thoughtful and attentive, with a natural focus on detail and care.
Working closely alongside the team, Ellie is building confidence in her work—refining technique while creating results that feel considered and wearable.

We are always open to the right people. Whether employed, freelance, or at the beginning of your career, we welcome those with a considered approach to hairdressing and a natural standard of client care.
Alongside this, we offer a focused in-salon training programme for apprentices working towards NVQ Level 2. Places are limited, allowing for a more individual and attentive approach to development. If this feels aligned, contact us.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to maintain the flow of the day.
In the event of a late cancellation, we will always aim to reallocate the appointment. Where this is not possible, a charge may apply to cover the reserved time.
If we need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will ensure your next visit reflects this. In the rare event of circumstances beyond our control, we will always prioritise rebooking your appointment at the earliest convenience.
